Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope and Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines acceptable operational standards for interacting with the Solo Entity Group corporate network, digital services, file utilities, web applications, and venture ecosystem. Compliance is mandatory for all users.

Users must not engage in any activity that compromises server stability, degrades network bandwidth, or impairs service access for others. Prohibited activities include:

• Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS): Initiating, facilitating, or participating in volumetric network attacks or stress-testing against our nodes.
• Unauthorized Scraping & Data Mining: Deploying aggressive bots, automated scrapers, or extraction scripts without written authorization.
• Vulnerability Scanning: Running uncoordinated automated vulnerability scans, port scans, or penetration tests outside authorized security disclosure programs.
• Credential Harvesting: Executing phishing schemes, social engineering tactics, or unauthorized login brute-force attempts.

3. Content Standards & Communication Rules

Any content, message, or project proposal submitted via contact forms or communication channels must adhere to professional standards. Users shall not submit content that:

• Contains malware, ransom-ware, trojans, logic bombs, or infected payloads.
• Is defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, or promotes unlawful behavior.
• Infringes third-party copyrights, patents, trademarks, or trade secret disclosures.
• Contains unsolicited commercial spam or unauthorized marketing blasts.

4. Network Security & Operational Integrity

Solo Entity Group maintains active network monitoring, web application firewalls (WAF), and automated intrusion detection systems to guard against unauthorized access. We strictly forbid:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized root or elevated system privileges on host nodes.
• Forging IP packet headers, email routing headers, or DNS parameters to disguise origin identity.
• Interfering with server caching, sticky header routing, or CDN distribution networks.

5. Enforcement & Account Termination

Solo Entity Group reserves the right to evaluate any suspected AUP breach. Upon detecting a violation, we may take immediate enforcement action, including:

• Issuing formal warnings to the originating network administrator.
• Temporarily or permanently blocking specific IP addresses, subnets, or account handles.
• Reporting illegal cyber activity to relevant law enforcement agencies and computer emergency response teams (CERT).

6. Reporting Policy Violations

If you discover or suspect an Acceptable Use Policy violation, unauthorized network scanning, or platform abuse originating from our infrastructure, please report it immediately to our security response desk:
