1. Security Philosophy & System Safeguards
Solo Entity Group actively implements administrative, technical, physical, and network safeguards (including TLS encryption, access controls, web application firewalls, and security monitoring) to protect infrastructure and user data.
However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. Users must maintain independent local backups of important files and data prior to uploading or processing them on our platform.
2. Vulnerability Disclosure Guidelines
We welcome security researchers to test our public web applications in accordance with responsible disclosure principles. Reports should detail reproduction steps, proof of concept, and potential severity without exposing user data.
3. Safe Harbor Provisions
Research conducted in good faith under this policy will not be subject to legal action by Solo Entity Group.
4. Out of Scope Activities
Physical security testing, volumetric DDoS attacks, social engineering of employees, or third-party service vendor infrastructure are strictly out of scope.
5. Company Rights & Liability Limits
All software, tools, and branding belong exclusively to Solo Entity Group. Services are provided on an "AS IS" basis, and liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
